Wenshan Baozhong

One of the oldest Taiwanese oolongs, Baozhong’s style originates from an early teamaking process in Fujian province. The leaves are crafted by twisting rather than rolling, which predates modern versions. Oxidized only 10-12%, Baozhong steeps bright and fresh. Surrounding Taipei in Northern Taiwan, Wenshan Mountains are the original home of true Taiwan Baozhong. Notes of bright green, vegetal, slightly floral, with a refreshing round sweet finish.
