Our tea master has skillfully crafted this Dong Ding with careful racking, bamboo tumbling, hand ball-rolling, and the perfect kiss of charcoal to produce a very deep and roasty oolong style. This traditional handmade oolong is plucked from Qing Xin tea bushes in gardens growing at the top of Dong Ding Mountain. Notes of charcoal roasted grains, warm, with a lingering sweet finish.
