An enchanting, Longquan celadon porcelain server pot in deep-forest green with a delightful bas-relief of auspicious clouds. Chinese stylized cloud patterns are symbolic of advantage, prosperity, favorability and opportunity to name just a few.
This server pot has glazed interiors for use with any type of tea.

Longquan porcelain bas-relief designs are hand-sharpened and incised into white bisque ware. The thick color glaze is then skillfully applied by hand so that it enrobes the pot evenly during a second firing. The resulting optical effect of light bouncing off the white, bisque ware base and passing through the thick, translucent green glaze back to your eyes produces an enchanting depth of color.
